Teresa Bacal
Her entire life, Teresa Bacal has been an admitted type-A personality and consummate go-getter. She attended college at the University of Minnesota where she earned a degree in marketing and business training, and even created a position for herself as the marketing director of a leading machinery manufacturing company before she graduated.
Her ambitious attitude and results driven work ethic eventually led her to a position with Business Incentives, one of the nation’s largest hospitality and incentive companies, where she remained for seven years. Ready for a change and more responsibility, Bacal eventually co-founded her own event planning company, Reaction Management, and ran it successfully for eight years.
Bacal was a seasoned and successful marketing director and event planner for two decades and a multi-tasking mom for the past nine years. Bacal has had to learn how to find a healthy balance between her professional and personal life the hard way.
Determined to regain her individuality without losing her strong conviction to her family, Bacal made some changes in her life. First, she sought out help, attending the Anthony Robbins Mastery University®, where she learned how to reignite her passions in life and how to redirect her focus on what was important to her. In order to spend more time with her family, she sold her portion of her company to her business partner. Transitioning from the corporate world to a stay-at-home mom was an enormous change for Bacal and challenged her perception of self worth and identity.
After staying at home for two years, Bacal re-entered the entrepreneurial arena again, this time with her husband. They founded and currently run JTGrey Performance Driving and JTGrey Racing.
A Minnesota native, Bacal currently resides in Arizona with her husband Joe and 9-year-old son Greyson. She is an avid golfer and enjoys traveling.
